Telehandler manufacturer JLG is expanding its ServicePLUS operations into the Mid-Atlantic region of the US.

Initially launched in Houston, Texas, JLG will now expand the ServicePLUS umbrella to include the Commercial Equipment Services operations in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, president Bill Lasky said.

"The Houston location will be renamed ServicePLUS - South Central Region, while the McConnellsburg location will become ServicePLUS - Mid-Atlantic Region.

"This organisational structure will better serve the multi-faceted needs of our customers," Lasky said, adding that there were plans to expand it to multiple US sites.

ServicePLUS Inc is a JLG subsidiary that provides repair and maintenance, reconditioning, and training on JLG-manufactured products and other related construction equipment.

The company has also formed the JLG Commercial Solutions Group (CSG) to expand the market penetration of its access products, like vertical mast lifts and trailers.

"The unique requirements of this channel for product design and customer service will be the complete focus of the newly formed CSG," Lasky said.
