Equipment dealer insurance provider JT Bates Group has promoted Miriah Smith to director of operations.
Smith joined JT Bates Group in 2011 and most recently served as operations manager, where she directly or indirectly managed a team of twelve associates. During her time at JT Bates Group, she has gained experience in certificate management, managed claims, obtained her producer's license, and, most recently, helped design a new product called Rental Shield.

TVH in the Americas has promoted Jennifer White to sales and business development manager, industrial parts, for the Americas. In her new role, White will lead TVH's industrial parts and accessories sales division, grow sales and enhance the customer experience.
She began her career at TVH as an inside sales representative, where she distinguished herself for her excellent customer service skills, and was soon promoted to assistant sales manager.
For the past 10 years, White has served as claims manager and has been instrumental in maintaining TVH's excellent customer satisfaction rating.
