Flux Power employees celebrating the milestone

Flux Power recently shipped its 5,000th lithium-ion battery pack.

The milestone comes shortly after a move to a new 60,000 sqft. (5,600 sqm) facility with improved production lines, incorporating lean six-sigma philosophies.
The company notes that it has seen substantial growth over the past several years.

Flux Power claims to produce "a complete line of lithium-ion battery solutions for materials handling equipment". It notes that thousands of walkie pallet jacks are powered by its LiFT Pack S-Series, with the LiFT Pack M-Series providing a 24 V solution for end riders, centre riders and walkie stackers. Its 36 V batteries are becoming more popular in narrow aisle forklifts.

The LiFT Pack X-series is designed for counterbalance forklifts while numerous airports in the US use ground support equipment (GSE) powered by Flux Power's GSE Packs.
