French manufacturer of rough-terrain forklifts and aerial platforms Pinguely-Haulotte has confirmed a net profit of 5 per cent for 2004, despite steel price hikes and the weak US dollar (
Forkliftaction.com News #174).
The company said consolidated sales for last year totalled EUR285.8 million (USD370.2 million), a 30 per cent increase from 2003.
Exports were 81 per cent of sales, of which 71 per cent were to Europe.
"In 2005, we anticipate a progression in our activity and results of 15 per cent to 20 per cent," the company said.
