HUBTEX compact reach truck for high load-carrying capacities

Hubtex SQ series for heavy loads in narrow aisles
The transport of heavy loads in narrow aisles is a particular challenge for intralogistics providers. Very few forklift manufacturers are capable of delivering the necessary load-carrying capacities in the required compact design.

Whenever series-produced forklifts reach their limits, Hubtex Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG can step in and fulfil the individual requirements of customers.  One such example is the electric reach truck from the SQ series: Users benefit from a load-carrying capacity of up to 6 tonnes – with the same dimensions as series-produced reach trucks.

The trucks are particularly suited for companies that face more challenging transport requirements in view of the heavy and bulky loads they handle. Conventional reach trucks quickly reach their limitations with heavy loads of more than 3 tonnes. The Hubtex SQ has the same dimensions as series-produced reach trucks, but offers a much higher load-carrying capacity with particularly large load centres. For companies whose material flow needs to be reorganised within a restricted space, the compact reach truck from Hubtex is the ideal solution. The SQ can also be used within the same working aisle widths. Hubtex has equipped the special-purpose vehicle with the latest generation of energy-efficient control systems, thus ensuring the truck is able to achieve maximum handling performance with its particularly long battery operating times.

The SQ series is also available with multidirectional steering, which enables smaller turning circles.

In addition to the compact SQ series, Hubtex also offers a heavy-duty version of its reach truck. This version is able to efficiently transport large loads with particularly compact dimensions. A large number of clients already rely on Hubtex' vehicles for metal, coil and roll handling. The Fulda-based company benefits from its decades of development expertise and customisable production options. The leading manufacturer of customised industrial trucks, sideloaders and special equipment for the transport of long, heavy and bulky loads is thus able to meet the individual requirements of customers. The SQ series is also available with multidirectional steering, which enables smaller turning circles.
