The first China Industry Truck Innovation Awards (CITIA) were presented at CeMAT earlier this month, with two HELI products winning gold while Linde Robotics also picked up a gold medal.
HELI was recognised for its GII-series 1.6-2.0T seated-type reach truck and the
H3-series 2-3.5T IC counterbalance forklift.
The awards were decided by a mix of expert scoring (80%) and online votes (20%).
A HELI spokesman says HELI highly values the award which "proves that HELI has a strong technical advantage and innovation capability".
"We look forward to more opportunities for cooperation and development," he adds.
Meanwhile, Linde Robotics also won a gold medal in collaboration with Balyo. The partners were recognised for the Driven by Balyo navigation system which detects its location in real time and combines with 3D pallet scanning, dynamic detection fields and the 3D smart safety technology to ensure protection of humans and goods.
Other award winners included BYD Forklift, EP and Hangcha.
