has announced the addition of Pete Chryplewicz to the company's strategic account sales team. Chryplewicz will be heading up the important Detroit, Michigan robotics leadership initiative.
Chryplewicz is an industry veteran, with over 15 years of demonstrated success in automotive and manufacturing sales. His past employment experience includes Irvin Automotive, Plastech Engineering, Inc., Air Center, Inc., and CCK Construction Services. He was drafted in 1997 by the Detroit Lions (fifth round) and played several years with the Lions before retiring from football and starting his career in manufacturing sales.

The Supervisory Board of KION Group AG has extended the appointment of chief executive officer Gordon Riske by five years. Riske will thus remain in charge of the KION Group until 30 June 2022. His current contract, which was last renewed in 2013, runs until the end of June 2017.
US-born Riske was appointed to the executive board of the KION Group on 1 October 2007 and became chief executive officer in April 2008.

CS Leasing
, a specialised leasing company focusing on non-commoditised containers, has expanded its global operations by making two key personnel hires in the Asia Pacific region.
The company has added Makoto Nose to its senior management team. Nose will establish the company's new Singapore office and, with his deep knowledge of the container leasing industry, will take immediate responsibility for the Asian region together with oversight of global operations.
Makoto has previously held a number of positions in Japan, Australia and Singapore.
CS Leasing has also added Linda Knight as marketing director in Sydney, Australia. Knight has over 20 years' experience in the industry and will focus on the New Zealand market, where she has an extensive network of relationships with companies that have already shown strong interest in working together with CS Leasing.

Santana Equipment Trading Company
has recently hired three new staff members: Gilbert Carpio (forklift technician), Gabriel Ramirez (warehouse apprentice), and Alex Carter (sales/marketing intern).
Carpio has been hired at Santana Equipment's West Division (Phoenix) as a forklift technician. He brings 15 years of automotive and industrial machinery experience to the company's new Phoenix location, announced earlier this summer.
Ramirez has also been hired by Santana Equipment's West Division as a warehouse apprentice. Gabriel will assist the Phoenix warehouse staff in day-to-day operations for the remainder of the summer. During the process, he will be taught skills involved in maintenance and preparation of forklifts.
Alex Carter has been hired to Santana Equipment's headquarters (Chicago) as a sales/marketing intern. Carter will be entering his junior year at Illinois State University this fall, and will be graduating with a Marketing degree in May 2018. During the remainder of the internship, Alex will assist the company in all aspects of marketing, sales and purchasing.
