Fleet Lift Truck is joining the Wolter Group
Illinois Material Handling, a division of Wolter Group LLC, has acquired Fleet Lift Truck Service of Machesney Park, IL.

Founded in 2002, Fleet Lift Truck Service provides materials handling sales, service, parts and rentals and has a well-established reputation for superior customer service throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

"As our sixth acquisition in the last five years, Fleet Lift Truck Service meets our ongoing objective to strengthen our service network, allowing us to provide faster response times with the highest level of customer service," says Jerry Weidmann, president of Wolter Group.

Fleet Lift Truck Service and its staff of 11, including owners Rob Boeke, Ray Boeke and Jeff Martin, will join forces with Illinois Material Handling as a fellow member of Wolter Group LLC, helping to expand the Illinois market, he adds.

Wolter Group LLC consists of multiple subsidiaries, including Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp., Illinois Material Handling, Wolter Power Systems, and Fleet Services.

Through its subsidiaries, Wolter Group LLC provides parts, rentals, service, training and new and used sales of forklifts, aerials, industrial engines and generators, automated materials handling solutions as well as fleet management services.

The group has a staff of over 350 employees with an average tenure of 16 years of service in Illinois, Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Fleet Lift Truck Service, Inc. sells, services, and rents forklifts and parts. The company offers new and used forklifts, tyres and parts. It also provides forklift services, including mobile road service, driver training, and transportation.
