Adaptalift Hyster has launched a new parts operation, Rapid Parts, offering a full range of genuine Hyster parts. The new unit will supply aftermarket forklift parts and accessories.

Adaptalift Rapid Parts recognises the need for a choice of supply within the forklift industry when purchasing parts and accessories. The initial focus on the aftermarket forklift parts range will be predominantly related to Japanese-manufactured forklift makes; however, the product range will continue to actively develop into other brands and accessories.

Daniel Brownlie, Adaptalift Hyster national parts manager, explains that the company has aligned with suppliers including Denso, Rema and Donaldson. "The confidence in our aftermarket parts means that we will offer a full 12-month warranty on our full range of Rapid Parts branded product, the same warranty that is offered on our Hyster genuine parts."

To complete the launch of Rapid Parts, a new online web portal has been developed that will give customers the ability to check stock levels and pricing, place orders and review the full range of both Rapid Parts and Hyster genuine products 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Adaptalift Rapid Parts will be available initially from Adaptalift Hyster's six major branch locations throughout Australia - Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne (Springvale and Truganina), Adelaide and Perth, with future plans to expand the range to its seven regional locations.
