6th International Exhibition for Materials Handling, Warehousing Equipment and Logistics CeMAT Russia 2015 will be held in Crocus Expo IEC on September 22 - 25, 2015. This event is organized by ITE Group, the leader at the exhibition services market in Russia, and Deutsche Messe Rus.

CeMAT Russia is the leading exhibition in Russia where process solutions and equipment for organization of warehouse facilities at industrial enterprises, transport and logistics companies, retail networks, logistics centers and terminals in various industries are demonstrated.

Over 120 companies from 10 countries worldwide will demonstrate forklifts and reloading equipment, storage rack systems, tyres and batteries for machines, packing equipment, order pickers and other things at their stands. The geography of exhibitors includes Russia, Germany, Turkey, China, Austria, Italy, Sri Lanka, Latvia, Netherlands and Belgium.

Over 20 companies will offer storage rack systems of various versions: Polymetall-M, Mikron Pilot Factory, Kifato TC, Stelkon, Maxstore, Solos and other companies.

WMS-system capabilities will be demonstrated by SOLVO, Fabs Logistic, PSI, LogistiX, Columbus and other exhibitors.

The exhibition visitors can get acquainted with relevant offers of warehousing equipment of well-known global brands: STILL, Jungheinrich, Komatsu, Hyundai, TVH, Manutou, HELI, WARUN. Not only solutions popular at the Russian market but also new products will be demonstrated at the exhibitors stands. Following the current trends of demand the manufacturers will propose remanufactured used equipment and new machines on lease.

Jungheinrich will present a logistics train consisting of EZS 350 tractor and two GTE 312 trailer-trucks. EZS 350 electric tractor is a compact unit for moving trailer-trucks of weight up to 5000 kg. Connecting several trailer-trucks allows changing the cargo platform area that makes the tractor use flexible and effective.

STILL will demonstrate new high-rise trucks EXV and EXV-SF 14-20 with platform and without it at CeMAT Russia. The load-lifting height is 5.466 mm and motion speed with cargo is up to 8 km/h. The versions are the fastest driving trucks offered at the market and therefore they can be used ideally at medium and long transportation distances.

A Russian company, "Stellazhi Medved", will present a truck with "Radioshuttle" remote control. A deep rack system with special rails is used to use the warehousing space to the maximum. "Radioshuttle" transfers a load placed on a pallet inside the channel when loading a rack and delivers the pallet with goods to unloading side. "Stellazhi Medved" is the only national manufacturer of this type of equipment.

"Trac-TOR", the exclusive distributor of MasterMover in Russia, will present electric tractors controlled by a foot operator at the exhibition. A manufacturing enterprise is the main application area for these electric tractors where they solve a wide range of local logistics tasks connected with transfer of heavy and/or bulky loads successfully. The most powerful versions are capable to transport loads up to 30 tones on boogies alone while having the dimensions of traditional pallet carrier. And that is important in confined conditions of a workshop or a production floor.

SENSOTEC will present a Russian start-up: SENSOTEC VolumeOne mobile weight and dimensional characteristics measuring system. This solution enables measuring dimensions in the range from 10x10x10 mm to 800x800x800 mm with accuracy up to 3 mm.

Forum "Effective Management of Company Intralogistics" to be held on September 22 - 24 will become an important event at the exhibition.

The Forum speakers are experts from well-known manufacturing companies, suppliers and integrators of warehousing equipment and IT-solutions as well as skilled persons having vast experience of effective management of warehouse facilities.

The Forum will be opened on September 22 by Plenary Session "Warehousing logistics in Russia in the current economic conditions" in the scope of which the participants will discuss the prospects of market development for the nearest 10 years, the mechanisms of cost optimization for warehousing equipment during the crisis as well as possibilities of new business directions development using the existing infrastructure and resources as well as other issues. So, for example, Vasiliy Demin, NOC-TL MADI Director, a Deputy Chairman of the Logistics Committee of the Chamber of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation, will present TOP-5 global trends in warehouse logistics; Kirill Vlasov, the Chairman of the Department for the Logistics Industry, Delovaya Rossiya, STS Logistics CEO will share his experience of improving the efficiency of management of a large retailer distribution center; Evgeniy Schepelin (eTraction - Otto Group Russia) and Andrey Duranin (RB Logistics) will tell about organization of the fulfillment service.
