The new Cat® NR20N2X range of reach trucks latest mast innovation, the Active Sway Control (ASC), reduces significantly vibration damping in the mast especially in high lift heights. It brings security to high lifts and improves the stability of the truck as well as user comfort in daily work.

The ASC is an innovative feature that strengthens the competence of this range in advanced product development and software programming. It automatically calculates the proper counter movement and stops the swaying of the mast very quickly adjusting the proper movement and speed of the reach carriage to lifting height.

All the mast movements are balanced and controlled as the ACS prevents the operator to move the reach carriage in abrupt movements causing unwanted sway of the mast.
In high lift height's special caution is needed and there, the ASC increases the confidence of the driver even in the most demanding situations. Confidence increases safety and speeds up the work even at 13 meter height.

ASC is a standard feature in the Cat NR20N2X reach truck's model (13 m high lift model) and available as an option on all other models.

The Cat NR-N2 range of reach trucks launched recently is a great success. It is especially designed to create the best user experience. This is supported by extensive user studies at customer premises in very demanding operations, intelligent technology and quality components.

The range has been extended with new models available now with lift heights of 12000mm, 12500mm and 13000mm suitable. These are perfect for high lift applications and have with a nominal capacity of 2,0 tons with very competitive residual capacities.
