Americold Logistics of Lynden, Washington was the big winner in the third annual Columbia Forklift Challenge held on 11 March during the biennial Oregon Governor's Occupational Safety and Health Conference at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon.
A forklift driver from the company, Neil Caylor, won the individual award of UD500 and, along with teammates Andrew Ibbbotson and Randy Langwell, also won the team award, for which they split the USD450 prize. It was the same group of drivers that won the competition the last time it took place in 2013, the only difference being that Ibbotson was the individual winner two years ago instead of Caylor.
