Clark Material Handling Company has promoted Susan Harmon to the position of director of purchasing, reporting to Chuck Mix, vice president of operations. According to Clark, Harmon has performed admirably in her role of purchasing manager since rejoining Clark in September 2012. In her new role, she will oversee purchasing, materials planning for aftermarket parts, parts price analysis and Clark's Totalift online ordering service. She has over 27 years of purchasing and materials management experience. She is a certified purchasing manager; she is also certified in lean manufacturing. Her experience in the forklift industry includes 16 years with Clark.

Jungheinrich UK Ltd has announced the appointment of three senior additions to its Systems and Projects division team. Tony Eckley has taken up the role of project manager, while Mark Ogden has joined the team as very narrow aisle systems product manager for the northern region. Tony Crowe has become product manager for racking and storage systems for the western region. All three have extensive knowledge of the markets they will serve and have spent their careers operating within intralogistics.
They join Jungheinrich at a time when demand for the type of products and services offered by Jungheinrich's Systems and Projects division is growing rapidly.
