JÄRVENPÄÄ, Finland - Jouni Salonen has been appointed country manager for Rocla Oyj's customer solutions division. He reports to Jukka Viinikainen, general manager, customer solutions.

MARENGO, IL, United States - Ralph Petrek has joined Nissan Forklift Corp as vice president of customer satisfaction, replacing Larry Borre, a 20-year industry veteran, who retired in March.
