LiuGong should appeal to price-conscious buyers

Equipment dealer Lift Truck Supply Inc has added the LiuGong line of forklifts to its product line.

"We took on LiuGong to be more competitive in markets for price-conscious buyers," says Jimmy Head, general manager of Lift Truck Supply. "We looked long and hard at LiuGong. They are doing things the right way", including support activities.

LiuGong Construction Machinery NA LLC of Katy, Texas operates as a subsidiary of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co Ltd of Liuzhou, China.

Ken Biediger, LiuGong forklift commercial director for North America, says Lift Truck Supply has "all the attributes you look for in a dealer (and has) an outstanding reputation".

Lift Truck Supply's full-service, sales and parts locations in Tyler and Temple, Texas employ 50 staff, operate 17 fully equipped service vans and provide coverage in 55 counties in east and central Texas and one county in southwest Arkansas.

Lift Truck Supply began representing Toyota forklifts in 1982 and Gehl loaders, excavators and telescopic handlers since 2008.
