Our range of premium quality wheels and castors for heavy forklifts includes load and drive wheels with VULKOLLAN^®, PEVOPUR^®, PEVODYN^®, PEVODYN^®-SOFT, or solid rubber tread.

We recommend the high-performance elastomer VULKOLLAN^® (in 93° or 95° Shore A shore hardness) for applications with great demands on speed, damping, load capacity, and durability.

PEVODYN^® (93° Shore A) is a new high-performance polymer developed by us. It is recommended for high speed and heavy load applications, too. The essential advantages of this material are its low starting and rolling resistance which significantly reduce energy consumption.

 polyurethane elastomer for applications with a lower requirement profile (for maximum speeds up to 8 km/h/5 mph).

As an alternative to solid rubber with a significantly longer service life and much higher load capacities we have developed PEVODYN^®-SOFT
(78° Shore A). Wheels with PEVODYN^®-SOFT tread offer better ride comfort combined with better shock and noise absorption, thus protecting sensitive floors and fragile transport goods.

All wheels are either designed with a welded wheel centre and direct bonded tread or as press-on band versions. For side loaders and four-way trucks we also offer chain driven castors without offset.
