Glitza-Stamberger has taken over business development/ M&A from Massimiliano Sammartano, who is now responsible for customer service at Linde Material Handling GmbH in Aschaffenburg. She has also taken charge of investor relations, which is being amalgamated with business development/M&A.
In her last role, Glitza-Stamberger was vice president of investor relations at MAN SE. Previously, she had headed up MAN SE's strategy and business intelligence unit.
Lexington, KY, United StatesClark Material Handling Company has appointed Rob Smith as product marketing co-ordinator, reporting to Bo Maslanyk, vice president of sales and marketing. Smith has eight years of forklift sales and marketing experience in the materials handling industry. He has been recognised with various awards for his sales performance.
Meanwhile, Corey Rogers has been appointed Clark's sales manager for North America and Mexico. Rogers, who has 11 years of sales and marketing experience, will work closely with dealers and end-users to establish and maintain customer relationships. He will also report to Maslanyk.
Hannover, GermanyDeutsche Messe AG's supervisory board has named Frank Pörschmann and Dr Jochen Köckler as new board of management members.
Pörschmann will succeed Ernst Raue from April 1, 2012, assuming managing board responsibilities for CeBIT, the world's leading event for the digital industry.
Köckler moves to Deutsche Messe AG from DLG (Deutschen Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft e.V./German Agricultural Society), where he was managing director with overall responsibility for the trade fairs and exhibitions division and was instrumental in the successful development of AGRITECHNICA.
Köckler succeeds Stephan Ph. Kühne, who left Deutsche Messe AG to join an enterprise in the food industry.
Dr Andreas Gruchow will continue to lead the overseas business division of CeMAT and, until Köckler begins, the international trade fairs. Gruchow also assumes responsibility at Deutsche Messe AG for EMO, which is organised in Hannover by the VDW (German Machine Tool Builders' Association).
Wolfram von Fritsch, chairman of the board of management, will be responsible for new business development, marketing and communications, and strategy as well as finance and human resources.
