Sunil K Gupta, 53, has been appointed CEO of Voltas Material Handling Pvt Ltd (VMH). He was previously associate president at Action Construction Equipment Ltd. From 2007 to 2010, he was vice president of manufacturing operations at Escort Construction Equipment Ltd. He started at Escort as a sales engineer in 1985 before working in various management positions, including GM and head of customer support, and head of manufacturing & customer support. VMH is a joint venture between the Kion Group and Voltas Ltd.
