The Hoist Empty Container Handler stacks a variety of ISO containers from 4- to 8-high using a standard empty container attachment or side-post attachment, both with two (2) ISO twistlocks. The attachments also extend/retract to lift 20-, 40- and 53- foot containers. Hoist Liftruck also incorporates their advanced CANbus technology to ensure safe handling with its twistlock safety system that ensures each twistlock is engaged and secured before the container can be moved. Warning lights and message on the digital display inside the cab warns the operator if the twistlocks are not engaged and secured, as well as prevent the operator from moving the vehicle until the twistlocks are fully engaged and the container is secured.

The advanced modular design on the Hoist ECH allows for containerized shipping and reduced setup time that can save a customer as much as 25% on shipping and setup costs. The modular design also provides efficient serviceability, with bolt-on assemblies for easy part replacement.

Opposite of traditional mast designs, the unique Hoist ECH mast features a rigid inner mast and telescoping outer, which reduces torsional stresses and increases durability. The wide-view mast with nested cylinders, coupled with a high-position cab and angled overhead glass, provides the operator with superior visibility.

The ECH Series also features:
  • 6.7L Tier III Cummins diesel engine and Dana 32,000 automatic transmission

  • Fast lifting speed (125 ft/38 m per minute)

  • Large width (175 in/4,445 mm) and wheelbase (180 in/4,572 mm)

  • Industry-first lockable steer axle for increased stability and safety

  • Elevated cab with angled overhead glass and "dashless" interior

  • RemoteTech vehicle management system and digital/interactive display

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
