Tyres can be fitted in situ, as soon as the tyre breakdown occurs, ensuring the forklift is back in full operation in minutes.
Press-less fit to rimThe key to CSEasy is the innovative adapter which is placed between the tyre and rim.
Thanks to the adapter's conical shape, the tyre is already in position and is simply screwed onto the rim using a torque wrench - making the press redundant.
CSEasy does itTwo hands and a torque wrench are all you need to fit the new CSEasy tyre on any Lemmerz type rim.
