CHICAGO - Big Lift LLC, a leading provider of electric walk-behind forklift trucks in North America, recently announced the addition of the Big Joe® S22 "eStacker" to the company's product line. The
Big Joe S22 eStacker is an economy product developed specifically for users with limited duty cycles and confined operating areas. Tasks related to ergonomic work positioning and the staging of loads in an industrial setting can be efficiently addressed with this new stacker, as can the double stacking of pallets in tight retail applications such as grocery. The S22 eStacker joins the previously introduced Big Joe E30 eTruck in a family of products being developed to address the need in the market for basic high quality equipment at a value price point.
The S22 eStacker can handle
up to 2,200lb. loads and provides lift to
62" in the initial monomast configuration. The unit features a rugged steel frame, DC drive system, Curtis controller, adjustable straddles, ergonomic control tiller, maintenance-free batteries, key switch, a battery discharge indicator, and with an integral charger can plugged into a standard 110v outlet. Available product options will include; a remote lift control pendant, various fork lengths, battery upgrades, and (2) additional mast configurations with maximum lift heights ranging from 105" to 126".
The
S22 eStacker also features several productivity and safety enhancements including an off-center control tiller which improves operator visibility when positioning loads, allows for tighter turns, and positions the operator to the side of the truck during transit. Big Joe S22 will begin shipping this fall from Big Joe dealers, with pricing and official specification documents planned for release several weeks in advance.
