Troutman was previously sales manager for Hoist Liftruck Manufacturing, and worked there for 12 years. He has more than 25 years' experience in the North American and European forklift industry.

Nick Tortorich has been promoted to Nissan Forklift Corporation's vice president, sales & marketing. For 13 years, Tortorich was director of national sales. He worked closely with Nissan's dealer network and developed significant customer relationships.

Conveyors & Hoist Rentals has appointed Mick Mulqueen as business development manager in its Melbourne office. He will run the Victorian division of Conveyor & Hoist Rentals and oversee development of new products. Mulqueen was Victorian branch manager for Task Australia.

Larry Kurland has joined Ingersoll-Rand Company Ltd as vice president of tax. Kurland will be based in Montvale, New Jersey, USA, and be responsible for all aspects of tax. He will be a key member of the corporate finance team. Kurland was previously vice president for taxes and tax council at AT&T Corp.
