Hyster-Yale Materials Handling has announced that Rajiv Prasad, president and chief executive officer of the company's wholly owned operating subsidiary, Hyster-Yale Group, has been appointed president of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling.
He will hold this new position along with his current position at Hyster-Yale Group.
The board has indicated that this new title better reflects Prasad's broad role within Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, which includes oversight responsibilities for all of the company's subsidiaries, including its forklift business, Hyster-Yale Group, the company's attachment business, Bolzoni, and Nuvera Fuel Cells.
Alfred M. Rankin, Jr. will remain chairman and chief executive officer of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling.

Espelkamp, GermanyPhilip Harting, CEO of the Harting Technology Group, has been re-elected as chairman of ZVEI's
Electronic Components and Systems (ECS) trade association. Harting had served as chairman of the trade association for three years, and will now be on board for another three-year tenure.
Harting has been an elected member of ZVEI's board of directors since 2014.
The ECS trade association represents one of the most important and highest-turnover sectors within the electrical industry.

Bolzoni Group has appointed Francesco Tagliaferri to the new role of head of sales, AGV Solutions.
Tagliaferri was previously sales director for the JAPIC region.
In this new role, he will be in charge of developing Bolzoni's global business for AGV applications, supporting and enhancing its international sales network.
During the last six years, he contributed to building the company's sales network in China, and the South East Asia, India and Pacific regions. Those responsibilities will
be taken over by Emanuele Scotti, president of the JAPIC cluster.

Narrow Aisle has announced a major investment in its operation in the USA and Canada. To support this development, it has appointed Steve Astbury as the new head of strategic development.
With responsibility for global strategic development activities, including delivery of sales, commercial and customer strategy, Astbury becomes a key member of Narrow Aisle's marketing management team.
He joins Narrow Aisle from Translift Bendi, where he reached the position of sales and marketing director in a career spanning almost 20 years with that company. He has also held senior roles with Linde and BT Rolatruc.
