has appointed Tom Tenney as the new company CEO.
Tenney brings a unique blend of education, experience, skill sets and talents that will help propel CIP to even higher levels of quality, customer service, responsiveness, company accomplishments, product lines, and efficiencies. He joins Custom Industrial Products with 30-plus years of manufacturing experience. Most recently, he was the director of manufacturing with Alcoa in North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and MBA from the University of Florida.
Tenney will be based at CIP's corporate office in Melbourne, FL.

John Sapp has joined Navitas as the new chief operating officer.
Sapp is a pioneering leader who has developed, managed and launched multiple industry-first technologies into production.
He gained global enterprise-wide experience over the last 10 years in a variety of dynamic high-pressure roles by navigating each company through tremendous growth and crisis in a wide range of product, process and manufacturing challenges.
Before joining Navitas, Sapp was executive director of global product development, process design & governance, for a leading uninterruptible power supplies company. Prior to that, he was VP of program management, reporting to the CEO of a prominent lithium battery manufacturer.

Naylor has a very impressive background in lifting and rental, having led the return of LGH to the UK in the last four years. Before that, he held prominent roles at Speedy Hire, where he demonstrated a capacity to operate at the very highest level in a successful business.
