Wauconda, IL – January 26, 2023 – The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association announced The Annual Convention & Exhibitors Showcase from April 29-May 3: The Human Factor. The Convention will take place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Nashville, TN.
This year Convention activities will kick off with an opening party on April 30 held at Brooklyn Bowl. Monday, May 1 begins with keynote speaker, Clint Pulver, an author, musician, pilot, and workforce expert known as the leading authority on employee retention. Immediately following the first speaker, is the Exhibitors Showcase. Over 90 Exhibitors will gather as distributor members and others walk the show floor from 10am-1pm.
Other speakers’ attendees will hear from are Meridith Elliott, Turning Uncertainty into a Competitive Advantage; Ken Gronach, Demography is Destiny; and Brian Beulieu, Economic Insight. Other events include a give back event, Women in Industry Breakfast, Exhibitor Showcase Happy Hour, and many optional tours. Convention will conclude with a Country Rock Closing Party on Tuesday night from 7-10pm and a farewell breakfast on Wednesday morning.
