Lisman Forklifts Group has announced the commencement of an exclusive partnership with Buss Engineering & Heavy Equipment Repairing L.L.C for the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Buss Engineering is located in Dubai and has been a Lisman customer for many years.

Lisman and Buss share the same values and customer focus, therefore they acknowledge the opportunity to intensify their collaboration and go to the next level, according to a Lisman statement.

This is a new milestone in Lisman history since it has never before closed any exclusive partnership agreements.

The company says it has chosen this path to achieve its growth ambitions in the Gulf region, realising that it is vital to establish a local market presence.

"Lisman is convinced that Buss is the right partner for reaching these objectives," a spokesperson says.

Lisman, based in Ijsselstein in the Netherlands, has a 52-year history in materials handling. It specialises in international wholesale of used materials handling equipment and trades in more than 80 countries.

Buss Engineering has operated in the UAE market for the past 25 years and offers comprehensive materials handling solutions, selling new and used forklifts and providing service and support.
