KEYTROLLER’S new TEXT MESSAGING capabilities

Send special messages to individual forklift operators, 4 preprogrammed quick responses from operator back to sender,
Inform all forklift operators of an upcoming event or meeting, warn all operators about a safety issue, send message from workstation to forklifts about pick up or delivery. Sound good?

Check out KEYTROLLER'S new TEXT MESSAGING capabilities.
  • Forklifts equipped with Keytroller's LCD601 or 602 devices can now receive text messages from any workstation on the network
  • Workstation or PC operator can send a text message to the forklift of his choice or class of forklifts in the plant
    • Each received text message also has 4 short preprogrammed responses-making it easy for operator to reply to the message sender
TEXT MESSAGE EXAMPLES
  • "Joe---return to loading dock and see Pete Smith about invoice 223BX for Handy Industries shipment"
  • "Fire in building 2----EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY!!"
  • "Safety meeting today at 3 PM in shipping office---all forklift operators be there!"
  • "Bill, John Savas needs to see you in his office when you break today for lunch"
  • "Deliver more machined valves to workstation 12"
  • "Pick up finished L35 material from workstation 5---see Larry Brown at pickup"
  • "Where are you at right now? "

TEXT MESSAGE REPLY BY OPERATOR
Short message responses are replied by the operator with a simple button push.

RECORD OF TEXT MESSAGES AND RESPONSES KEPT IN FMS
Any text messages and operator responses are stored in SQL database for records of the events

WORKSTATIONS CAN CALL FOR PRODUCT PICK UP OR DROP OFF
Assembly and manufacturing workstations with PC on the network can now send text messages calling for lift truck action
