There's more positive news as the corporate reporting season rolls on.
This week, we hear from German giant Jungheinrich Group, which continues to experience growth, with sales and orders rising in the third quarter. In fact, the company has outperformed the market and the competition - with more to come.
And on the other side of the world, Oshkosh Corporation reported increased performance in all segments, with rises in earnings despite some big redundancy and asset write-downs.
Of course, the market is now looking beyond the current reporting, with plenty of speculation about the impact of yesterday's US election result. Everyone is curious about how the Trump administration's trade policy will affect American materials handling manufacturers, importers and end-users. We'll certainly be watching closely.
