ICEM has been active in the market of 4-travelling-direction stackers for more than 20 years and has recently enlarged its range of the 2 most successful series within this sector: the TE4D and the TE4D-R trucks.

Intended for handling loads with a maximum length of 6 metres in reduced spaces, these machines are characterised by sturdiness and ease of use, which are typical features of Icem products. The controls are well arranged on the head control unit, which is ergonomic and comfortable. The dashboard is designed for visibility of the pilot lamps and comfortable use of the hydraulic distributor. The selection of the travelling direction (longitudinal or crosswise) and the movement of the mast unit are carried out by means of hydraulic controls, while the steering wheel is electrically assisted to minimise operator effort and reduce the noise.

The optimum position of the controls, the components and the structure of the machine create compact and reliable pallet trucks, where a sturdy mast (fixed type in the TE4D series and retractable type in the TE4D-R series) assures stability at lifting heights up to 6 metres.
The structure, with 3 supporting points, assures efficiency and ease of use, allowing the operator to steer both longitudinally and crosswise in a limited space compared to the size of the load.
To reduce the TCO of the machine, every component within the structure has been developed to minimise maintenance costs and times.

The powerful traction and lifting motors produce high performance and the high-capacity batteries assure great autonomy of operation.

The optional platform to transport a standing operator, which is equipped with a soft and wear-resistant covering, is installed on adjustable sprung supports to assure maximum comfort and to adapt to the weight of the users.
When the user gets off, the platform will automatically go back to the vertical position.

All models are available with 400 to 600mm load centres, different fork-holding plate widths (with standard FEM profile), capacities up to 2,000 kg and lifting height up to 6 metres.

Both models now include the versions for sitting operators (GTE-4D and GTE-4DR).
