Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA) member companies can now access an exhaustive human resources toolkit online.

The new web-based service created by employment specialist The Sevier Consultancy Group comprises a toolkit that is a virtual library of HR guidelines, policies, template letters, HR forms, employment contracts and decision-making flowcharts to guide companies through the complex world of employment law.

It is designed to complement the telephone helpline that Sevier already provides members between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, along with the monthly newsletter members receive to update them on developments in and changes to employment legislation.

FLTA members interested in accessing the toolkit or finding out more about what is included can visit the FLTA website's members area where there is a brief guide on how to access the toolkit.
