Hitec Lift Trucks is flying a contingent of representatives to Bologna to see the new CESAB B600 forklift in production at its factory.

Hitec employees and CESAB dealers will see the new forklift up close before its launch and undergo a product training day to familiarise them with its operation.

The B600 is the latest addition to the CESAB product family, which includes the B200/300 three-wheel electric forklifts, B400/800 four-wheel electric forklifts, hand and powered pallet trucks, stacker and reach trucks.

A Hitec Lift Trucks spokesman says the contingent will gain "valuable insight" into the new product and see "how it can fit alongside similar machinery in [the company's] product offering".

CESAB is a part of the Toyota Material Handling Group, with 60 years of know-how behind it. CESAB Material Handling Europe was formed in 2009 and is built on a brand heritage dating back six decades.

Hitec Lift Trucks, established in 1986, is a materials handling specialist based in Northamptonshire that supplies a broad range of lifting equipment in the UK.
