Centrocar, a multinational company dedicated to construction equipment and services, has been named as Haulotte’s new distributor in Angola and Mozambique.

The Haulotte Africa subsidiary relies on a network of 14 distributors on the African continent.

Haulotte signed a distribution contract with Centrocar Angola and Centrocar Mozambique as part of its drive to expand its sales and service network in Africa.

The expansion aims to meet the steadily increasing demand for MEWPs and provide better local service, according to the European aerial work platform manufacturer.

Haulotte will benefit from Centrocar’s experience and well-developed network in the two African countries to strengthen its brand awareness.

Didier Mertens, general manager of Haulotte Africa, says: “With this new collaboration, the subsidiary will be able to better address the African customers’ needs.

“Centrocar is a trusted partner, and is recognised for its commitment to customer service excellence.”

Haulotte joins Doosan and Bobcat equipment at the African dealerships.
