GRANDVILLE, MICHIGAN | October, 2013 -- HARLO Products, rough terrain forklift manufacturer, is inviting visitors to explore its new website and connect with the company in a whole new way on their social media pages. The new website has been designed to provide a more user-friendly experience with improved functionality and a new way to gain product information.

The site includes extensive product information
for all of three HP Series rough terrain forklift models. Including detailed specs for their models and optional accessories. A searchable dealer map allows visitors to connect to HARLO's more than 450 authorized HARLO dealers in North America. The new site also gives details about HARLO's Tier 4 Interim solution, which meets emissions requirements without the use of costly after-treatments.

Created with the user experience in mind, the website has been designed using the latest technology so the site is compatible with today's browsers and mobile devices.

"We knew we needed a redesign, we just wanted to make sure we took time to make the right changes that would mean the most to the user," says Mike Frey, HARLO's director of sales and marketing. "Users are now able to use this site to learn how HARLO forklifts are uniquely positioned to meet even the roughest material handling needs."

In addition to the updated website, you can now "Like" HARLO Forklifts on Facebook, follow @HarloForklifts on Twitter, and connect with HARLO on Linked In. These pages allow the company to engage their audience in an entirely new way.

"HARLO has users all over the world, in a variety of industries, and this is our opportunity to engage them in an entirely new way," says Frey. "We want to create a place where we can interact and learn from our users and dealers, using this dialog to create relevant product improvements."

The new website and interactive social media presence means that customers can now benefit from richer online content that is easier to navigate and share with others. The results benefit both HARLO, who is now able to gain better customer feedback, and the customer, who can receive the most updated product information.
