Hangcha has opened a new division, Hangcha Netherlands B.V., in Almere to service the European market.

As Hangcha’s first overseas parts and service centre and product experience centre, Hangcha Netherlands is responsible for the aftersales service, parts, technical support and training across Europe.

The location covers more than 2,500 sqm and holds more than 15,000 SKUs covering around 85% of Hangcha parts.

Jeff Lin, general manager of Hangcha Netherlands, says: "It is very important for our customers to get the spare parts in a timely manner. Hangcha Netherlands spare parts and service centre will ensure parts reach our European customers on time, thereby minimising inefficiencies and downtime and maximising productivity. And we are committed to providing our partners with a faster, professional and effective response.”

Hangcha strives for same-day dispatch of online orders confirmed before noon. Most arrive in two to three working days across Europe, while next-day delivery is also available in some areas.

Hangcha Netherlands is a subsidiary of China’s Hangcha, a leading manufacturer of forklifts which employs over 5,400 people worldwide.
