Snorkel has signed an official distribution agreement with Gantic A/S for Norway, which increases its responsibilities for the region from service only to a full-line sales and service partner.
Appointed as Snorkel's service partner for Norway in August 2015, Gantic will now handle Snorkel equipment and spare parts sales in addition to continuing to provide technical service support to customers across the territory. The full-line distribution agreement is effective immediately.
Snorkel previously handled sales directly in Norway.
Gantic offers comprehensive nationwide coverage, operating from seven branches, four of which specialise in service. The company is experienced in working with a wide range of aerial work platform products, including self-propelled, tracked and truck-mounted models for a wide range of brands, and offers certified inspections and training, as well as full service agreements.
Tommy Jørgensen, owner of Gantic, says: "Following our appointment as a service partner for Snorkel, we quickly came to realise the additional market potential for sales of new Snorkel lifts to our customer base. We believe in the brand and are impressed by the design and quality of the products, and are confident that we will be successful as a full-line distribution partner for Snorkel."
