Longyan Tong Li Forklift Parts & Attachments Co., Ltd., with the Trademark ZYatWork, will be exhibiting at CeMAT 2008, showing off its products and sharing its growth plans.
Longyan Tong Li Forklift Parts & Attachments Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of forklift forks, attachments and forklift safety parts in China. The enterprise, founded in October 2004, is a German-Chinese joint venture under German management.
The strong expansion - in particular in the areas of forklift forks and contract manufacturing has necessitated a completely new factory, currently under construction in Yongding, Fujian (approx. 180 km of Xiamen). The new facility, the first stage of which will be ready in June 2008, includes 25,000 square metres of production space on a 56,000 square metres site. The factory will be completed by the end of this year.
CEO Karl Schaper says the completion of the factory will be the highlight of a "year of milestones for ZYatWork". "This year, we have reached ISO 9001:2000 certification and at the moment we are implementing our new ERP system, SAP Business one".
Another highlight will be exhibiting at the world's largest logistics fair, CeMAT, in Hanover.
"These are four crucial steps to strengthen our leading position in our market segment," he says.
Asked about the company's recent growth, Schaper attributes sales increases to "our high quality standard, our reliability and our customer-oriented service".
"Another equally important success factor is our pricing approach which delivers value as well as dealer value."
The company's state-of-the-art production processes are also crucial to success, he says, adding that his team is so proud of their work the production plant is open to visitors "at any time".
Looking to the future, Schaper predicts growth in custom manufacturing orders as well as an increase in the company's worldwide trading partner network.
"We will strengthen our position in the forklift fork market by manufacturing bigger forks and by developing new forklift and wheel loader attachments," he says, indicating that new fork models available from October 2008 will boast cross-sections up to 350x120mm. And one big move on the horizon: "At the moment, we are preparing for a stock market flotation in 2011".

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
