The new fork production line is ready. The Bolzoni Hebei dedicated state-of-the-art fork manufacturing plant in Longhua, China, has tripled the fork production capacity in the last six years. The high-capacity manufacturing now offers further increased flexibility in production volume output and in fork model range.

High-capacity and flexibility, according to plans

"According to plans, the new production line is now operational" says Mr. Vincenzo Gatto, General Manager at Bolzoni Hebei Forks Manufacturing Co., Ltd. "From a capacity of about 100,000 forks, we are now ready to raise production capacity to 400,000 units a year". The plant, based in Longhua Town (Jing County, Hebei), China, is now equipped with a third rolled bar fork production line. "In six years, the fork production capacity has tripled."

The dedicated state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Longhua has been built up in 2011, with a production area of 16.300 sq.m. The plant supplies a complete range of forks for lift trucks, construction and agricultural material handling machines.

Bolzoni forks produced in Longhua are accepted, approved and adopted on large scale: required by OEM's to be installed at the origin and welcomed by the After-Sales market too.

Bolzoni forks are delivered to mainland China and shipped worldwide: through Asia, to Europe and to America, where a large share of the fork production is progressively addressed to.
