During the lifetime of your forklift there is a high chance of having an accident.

Many forklift accidents are related to tip-over.

The Flex 1500 has been developed to help increase the level of safety for workers operating lifting equipments in warehouses, manufacturing plants, or other similar environments. This system helps to protect your equipment against overload or abusive utilisation.

The Flex 1500 provides the only real safety device to reduce tip-over accidents on the following two very important factors:

LEAVER EFFECT: Lower weight value, when the load is placed toward the mast of the forklift, and higher weight value, when the load is placed toward the tip of the forks.

HEIGHT EFFECT: Lower weight value, when the load is located closer to the ground level, and higher weight value when the load is located to the maximum height limit of the forklift.
