Standard and Heavy Duty Series

The CES Group offers innovative material handling and transport systems as well as technical customer service. Specifically, we offer the alternative to crawler cranes & SPMT's - perfect solutions for preassembly of onshore & offshore windfarms as well as production of wind tower components.

For example, we are currently producing two units with a capacity of 150 T each for CS Wind for the handling of monopiles.

Through our plant in Italy we develop and produce the world's first Reach Stacker with variable wheelbase and side-mounted technology units. Multiple machines in one - adjust your machine to your preferred lifting capacity and length

Please note that our Reach Stackers have been designed specifically to move heavy loads - not only to lift them.

Our Reach Stacker comes in 3 series with up to 7 different wheelbases and load diagrams in one machine as well with an innovative, low consumption, noise-reduced, maintenance-friendly hydrostatic drive system.

Standard series:
Type A - F maximum load capacity up to 50 T under spreader - perfect for the handling of containers and swap bodies.

Combi series:
Type G - H maximum load capacity from 57 to 86 T under spreader - perfect both for container handling and heavy load.

Heavy Duty Series:
Type J - M maximum load capacity from 125 to 500 T. Perfect for handling
of particularly heavy good such as components for the wind, steal or oil & gas industry
