In June 2010, EP engineers will unveil a new EPT-20RA electric pallet truck with the latest AC technology.

- The high speed (8.0Km/h) design of EPT-20-20RA the guard arm in open position and stand-on platform in a working position enable the operator to work more efficiently in a ride-on mode. Normal speed (4Km/h) is available when guard arm is closed and stand-on platform in folded position in walkie mode.
- World-class hydraulic power pack, with low noise, few vibration and excellent anit-leak tightness, automatically adjusts the rate of decline - whether loaded or unloaded, and ensures smooth lifting.
- Dual robust lifting cylinders, connecting the right and left of truck frame with a synchronous con-rod, ensure stable lifting and lowering even under unbalance loading.
- American top quality AMP connectors prevent moisture and contaminants from interrupting truck operatiosn in all environments. With all the wires and cables reliably protected and fixed, electrical error is greatly reduced.
- The unique EASTPOWER suspension Driving Floating Adjustable (DFA) system design, reduces vibration, improves stability, and prevents tilting while turning at high speed, ensruing the accurate handling with a full load. Operating force of handle can be adjusted to suit various workplaces.

Operability- New tiller/handle head design for maximum operation comfortable, and control lift/lower/horn buttons positioned to allow operator with either hand.
- Humanized guard arm design makes the guard arm open and close very easily to ensure the operator safe.
Safety- Unique arc board designed on the front frame ensures the clearance between front and rear frames stays constant, avoiding accidental clipping of hands.
- Easy-Touch emergency plug mounted on the truck frame helps operators take immediate action in case of emergency.
- Anti-skid braking system stops truck roll-back while traveling on ramps.
