Bolzoni is proud to present to the market its new range of Easy-FORKS, camera fitted forks, to improve safety in the storage area. The Easy-FORK range includes the Side fork camera, the Tip fork camera.

Designed for all forklift trucks, up to 7 Tons capacity, the Bolzoni Easy-FORK range is composed of the robust Bolzoni forks, a camera system which includes a waterproof and shock resistant camera, its cabling protected inside the fork blade and, as standard, a wireless connection to the 7 inch monitor fitted in the forklift truck drivers cabin.

This camera system fitted on the fork can dramatically improve safety in the warehouse and in the vehicle loading and unloading operations: the forklift truck operator is sitting in the most comfortable way on his seat keeping the best ergonomic position, keeping a clear view of the fork tips, even when the load is on the forks.

SIDE CAMERA

In this solution the camera is mounted on the inner side of the right fork with a 52^o H optic. The camera positioning allows a clear view of the paired fork while maintaining the center of the optic axis on the right fork. Particularly useful for operations at high heights, during the loading phase when the visibility of the driver is poor, this solution is very appreciated by OEMs for factory installation. The connection to the monitor is wireless, as standard, and with cable reel for wired applications as option.

TIP CAMERA

This vision system solution has a robust IR camera with triple LED lights completely integrated in the tip of the fork with connection cable inside the blade.

The standard connection to the monitor is wireless and the battery and converter position is following Bolzoni hydraulic reach forks configuration in a well-protected and easy to access position. This type of solution allows the complete visibility upfront even when the load is on the forks. It is possible to get an optional connection with cable reel.

Easy-FORKS are suitable for installation on side shifters and fork positioners.

The Easy-FORKS with camera are modular solutions, which can be installed on existing side shifters and fork positioners. They can help increasing safety in the handling operations or during the forklift manoeuvres.
