Whatever kind of product you might be handling, there is always the need to optimize workflow. On top of demands for speed and accuracy, it's also important reduce the risk of product damage during handling in order to deliver quality product. Cascade Corporation can help you face these challenges with the most advanced material handling solutions on the market. In addition to a full range of lift truck attachments, Cascade offers a suite of damage reduction systems and accessories that increase operator efficiency and the success rate for delivering product damage-free.

Cascade's damage reduction accessories are designed to improve the bottom line for material handling operations and streamline workflows for lift truck operators. Hydraulic Force Control, or HFC, is one of Cascade's most popular damage reduction accessories, available for both Paper Roll Clamps and Carton Clamps. HFC offers the ability to minimize product damage and improve efficiency without any additional driver input. It automatically senses the hydraulic pressure necessary to lift a load and adjusts clamping pressure proportional to the load weight, reducing the risk of clamping the load with too much or too little force.

HFC for Carton Clamps, the latest addition to Cascade's damage reduction accessories, offers automatic clamp force adjustment for Cascade Carton Clamps to lower the risk of product damage while operating. Customers can handle a wide range of products, including paper products, appliances, electronics, packaged foods, and more. The system operates without any special actions on the part of the driver, making it a fast, efficient, and driver-friendly damage reduction solution. The HFC™ system allows for easy installation, meaning it can improve your operating efficiency and reduce product damage today.

Learn how the patented HFC for Carton Clamps system can benefit your operation in this new video.

Another exciting new development for Hydraulic Force Control is the innovative HFC+ for paper roll handling. This patented damage reduction system will soon be made available for order and can be previewed at Cascade's booth during Modex (Booth #B1715) and CeMAT (Booth H22, Hall 26). HFC+ combines the efficiency of HFC with a dual cylinder hydraulic system, which enables a single paper roll clamp to automatically apply the ideal clamp force for different size ranges of paper rolls. HFC+ allows for incredible versatility in paper roll handling, as well as decreased equipment costs and downtime.

Whatever your application, Cascade's damage reduction solutions prevent product damage and help deliver the perfect product every time. Options available include: DTI (Digital Tilt Indicator), which informs the driver of proper mast tilt for perfect pad or fork alignment; Electronic Rotational Control, which provides precise positioning for Paper Roll Clamps and paper roll handling; and AFC (Adaptive Force Control), which uses preprogrammed clamp force settings to simplify paper roll handling.

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
