DB Schenker, a division of German rail operator Deutsche Bahn, has deployed a fleet of Dexory autonomous mobile robotics (AMRs) at one of its warehouses in Utah.

The AMRs are part of the DexoryView solution that provides real-time visibility of stock and occupancy tracking capabilities.

The system can scan the very narrow aisle area of the site, which houses 40,000 pallet locations daily.

Using advanced computer vision and artificial intelligence, DexoryView provides visual insights for every shelf and height level.

This eliminates the need for manually checking discrepancies and ensures important operational information is easily accessible. It also emphasises priority actions, helping to make operations more efficient.

“The deployment of Dexory's robotics and AI solution underscores our dedication to staying at the forefront of technological advancements and highlights our pursuit of operational excellence,” says Daniel Spencer, Director of solutions and engineering at DB Schenker Americas.
