Crown relocated to new premises in Bangkok in 2014

Crown Equipment has announced its strategic expansion in Rayong, Thailand to further support its customers in the region.

Located near the Laem Chabang container port, Rayong is well placed with growing infrastructure, large industrial parks and warehousing and distribution supporting companies in the automotive, electronics, manufacturing and third-party logistics (3PL) industries.

Crown had been servicing the Rayong area through a parts and service facility, but with the rapid development in the area, the company moved to larger premises to offer a broader range of products and services.

"The completion of our new Rayong facility follows our recent Bangkok head office relocation, and is further proof of our commitment to invest in the country and its strategic logistic regions," says David Sultana, South East Asia marketing manager at Crown Equipment.

"This move allows us to further enhance our broad range of new forklifts, fully serviced used forklifts and rental vehicles available to our customers in the region."

He describes the Rayong expansion as "proof of our desire to facilitate and support the economic growth that is so important at this time".
