There's no problem too large for Cascade attachments and forks. From paper to pulp to pipe, or from steel to stone to slab, Cascade attachments provide incomparable solutions for handling heavy loads, with capacities to match the largest forklifts.

Cascade Forging Manipulator

Made to Take the Heat

One of Cascade's specialized heavy-duty offerings is our line of Forging Clamps. Built to withstand the extreme conditions of the forging industry, these attachments use high-strength materials and boast heat resistant features, making them superior tools for loading and unloading furnaces and manipulating forging materials. Forging Clamps are available in customizable configurations to accommodate the wide range of load shapes being handled in forging, like ingots, rings, and more. Even specialized shapes can be accommodated, as was the case with a forging manipulator that Cascade built for a customer fabricating valve components. With a capacity of 20 tons and custom clamp arms, this attachment allowed the customer to manipulate product better than ever, saving valuable time during the forging process. Foundry Rotators and other specialized attachments built to withstand high heat are also available to meet any material handling challenges typically found in forging applications.

Keep Moving with Tire Handlers

Cascade's line of heavy lift truck products also includes the powerful Tire Handler. With the ability to handle up to 16 tons, they can move, change or stack tires of any size, weight or type, and are most often used for handling OTR tires in mining applications. Given the variety of challenges faced in the rugged environments of mining and energy, Cascade Tire Handlers are frequently customized to suit the specific conditions of a customer's application. The development process for a Tire Handler can include on-site discussion and visibility studies to ensure success for the lift truck operator. A wide range of features and accessories are available, such as specialized rim handling or tire chain handling pads and 90- or 360-degree tipping functionality.

You Name It, Cascade Can Handle It

Customers in a variety of industrial, high-capacity applications - including concrete, metal, lumber, ports and more - frequently make use of Cascade heavy rotators and fork positioners. Available for a range of truck capacities, these products allow the driver to adjust load positioning without getting out of the truck. This provides faster and more accurate loading, ideal for handling difficult, high-capacity loads.

No matter the application, Cascade attachments provide a solution. High-capacity Bale Clamps are a reliable multi-purpose attachment, perfect for rugged environments and a wide range of materials. Pipe Hold-Downs allow for secure and stable handling of wide or irregularly shaped loads and are available in a variety of configurations. In addition to fork positioning and sideshifting, customers can equip their lift trucks with swingshifting or slope piling capabilities, enabling control of the vertical or horizontal angle of their loads by up to 20 degrees. These options allow for precision handling and delivery of product, even when working with uneven terrain.
