Provided as standard fitting on new forklift trucks, forks are the basic attachment. According to the material handling need, the type of load, forklift trucks can be equipped with different types of attachments: paper roll clamps, bale clamps, drum clamps, revolving carriages, etc. Even forks can be upgraded and transformed into ‘’intelligent’’ forks. These modular solutions can be installed on existing side shifters and fork positioners.

Intelligent forks are a great help to the forklift truck driver during loading, unloading and warehousing operations, in particular when moving pallets at high levels on shelves and during forklift manoeuvres.

Camera fork mounted: Easy-FORK

Designed for all forklift trucks, the Bolzoni Easy-FORK range significantly increases safety in the storage areas.

Fork mounted side camera

Thanks to the camera position, the driver can have a clear view on both forks, with a horizontal 52-degrees viewing angle, while maintaining the correct ergonomic position on the seat.

Camera images are displayed on a 7 inch. monitor installed inside the driver cabin. The connection between camera and monitor can be wireless (standard) or through a reinforced cable and cable reel. Easy-FORK are factory and aftersales solutions, available in customized and adapted configurations (cable reel as option).

Fork mounted tip camera

This type of solution allows the complete visibility upfront even when the load is on the forks. The robust IR camera has triple LED lights and is completely integrated in the fork tip. The connection cable remains inside the blade. By means of the led lights, the loading is made safe even in low light conditions.

The Easy-FORK Vision Systems range includes the Side fork camera, the Tip fork camera, and a modular solution to be installed on the fork carriage, including Front camera and laser, which is under development.

Forklift Truck Scales: iFORKS-32

Installed in minutes, scale forks are used to directly weigh loads during the transportation through forklift truck and to keep track of the load weight data.

These are powered by compact Lithium ion battery packs, without cabling, and have all weighing components well hidden below and behind the fork shoe.

The high accuracy weighing is obtained thanks to the automatic compensation of the mast tilt. This function automatically corrects weight errors that occur when the mast tilts and the forks are not in horizontal position.

Finally, the weighing data are transferred via integrated Bluetooth. Thanks to the RAVAS WeightsApp, available on Google Play and App store, the smartphone or tablet act as a remote display and remote control for the scale.
