For internal logistic applications like forklift trucks, storage and retrieval vehicles for high rack systems, conveyor techniques or in the mechanical engineering or plant constructions Blickle innovates through our heavy duty wheels with polyurethane treads including Softhane®, Extrathane®, Besthane^® und Besthane^® Soft.

In applications where high load capacity at high speeds and small overall heights are required, Blickle's heavy duty wheels succeed with low wear and tear and floor-saving
characteristics together with excellent operating comfort.

• Blickle Softhane^®
  Very high operational comfort due to an extremely thick elastic tread, 75° shore A, abrasion-resistant, high cut and tear propagation resistance, non-staining, floor-saving, low-noise operation, low rolling resistance, very good chemical bond with the wheel centre.


• Blickle Extrathane^®
  High load capacity, 92° shore A, elastic, abrasion-resistant, high cut and tear propagation resistance, non-staining, floor-saving, low-noise operation, low rolling resistance, very good chemical bond with the wheel centre.


• Blickle Besthane^®
  Extremely low rolling resistance, very high dynamic load capacity for higher speeds, 92° shore A, elastic, abrasion-resistant, high cut and tear propagation resistance, non-staining, floor-saving, low-noise operation, hydrolysis-resistant, very good chemical bond with the wheel centre.


• Blickle Besthane^® Soft
  Very high operational comfort due to an extremely thick elastic tread, 75° shore A and very low swivelling resistance due to an extremely spherical tread, abrasion-resistant, high cut and tear propagation resistance, non-staining, floor-saving, low-noise operation, high dynamic load capacity, hydrolysis-resistant, high resilience in cold temperatures, very good chemical bond with the wheel centre.
