Ostwest Fördertechnik, the Baoli distributor in the eastern part of Germany, exhibited at the first COMMCAR trade fair and was able to meet existing customers as well as potential new clients. The fair was focused on commercial vehicles and took place from October 11th to 13th in Chemnitz in the German region of Saxony. In total 3,500 visitors attended the show and received the latest information from more than 90 exhibitors.

The Baoli distributor presented at COMMCAR a 3-wheel electric forklift with 1.8 ton capacity (CPDS18) as well as the F-series diesel forklift with 3 ton capacity (CPCD30F). "COMMCAR was a very successful show for us, because we were able to explain to many decision-makers the advantages of Baoli forklifts", says Susann Thomas, Managing Director of Ostwest Fördertechnik. "Some discussions were very concrete, so we expect some orders in the next few weeks.

"The fair was a good opportunity to get in touch with potential new clients, for example from the transport and logistic industries", she adds. "They were very interested in the comprehensive product range of Baoli and the company's focus on providing reliable trucks. For example, we had good discussions about the Baoli European style electric forklift with AC technology, because it ensures efficient operation as well as low-cost maintenance."
