Associated Material Handling Industries, Inc. currently based in Carol Stream, Illinois is expanding their presence in the Chicagoland area by building a new state-of-the-art facility at 133 Switt Road in Addison, IL. This 90,000 square foot facility will serve as Corporate Headquarters and Central Division Operations for one of the largest material handling dealers in the country. Associated operates five other locations across the Midwest supporting the markets they serve.

Associated Material Handling is an authorized Service Center for Raymond Electric Forklift trucks, and supplies a variety of material handling solutions, including design, implementation and support, for customers throughout the Midwest. The Addison facility will include a training and resource center supporting sales, service, parts, and rental operations as well as all corporate functions.

Clayco will build the facility designed by Curran Architects. The building is expected to be completed in June of 2008.
