Why would a forklift manufacturer use a rubber hose to carry liquid propane?
Why do some countries allow the import of forklifts with rubber hoses to carry liquid propane?
Why are manufacturers constructing forklifts with the propane line relief valve pointing horizontally?
Why do some countries allow the import of used forklifts that do not meet the emission requirements for new forklifts?
Why would one country allow a manufacturer to import a forklift that meets or exceeds emission standards and another that doesn't?
Why don't companies purchasing forklifts use emission standards as basic criteria in purchasing?
Why would a company use Internal Combustion(IC) vehicles in a food products warehouse?
Why have some manufacturers not equipped their forklifts with service brakes?
Why do most forklift dealerships use plastic hoses to carry high pressure hydraulic oil?
Why do forklift dealers remove steering knobs from IC trucks but not from electric ones?
Why do some manufacturers not allow for the proper positioning of the propane cylinder on IC trucks?
Why don't manufacturers of propane cylinders install a Workplace Hazardous Material Information Sheet (WHMIS)?
Why don't manufacturers put scale lines on mast rails for height reference?
Why don't manufacturers install a simple mechanical line-up tool for indicating a mast at right angles to forklift frame?
Why aren't electric Sit Down Counterbalance Forklifts (SDCB) manufactured with battery retainers, so that in case of tip-over the operator doesn't get crushed by a thousand pounds of lead and burned by sulphuric acid?
Why are so many SDCB forklifts manufactured with only one bolt to secure a ton of counterweight with a propane cylinder mounted at the top with only a rubber hose connecting the pressurized -44 degree propane to the frame?
Why don't tire manufacturers install a colour line to indicate wear limits of a cushion tire?
Why do manufacturer's engineers not know how to operate a forklift or understand its working environment?
Why do some employers believe in car driver training but not for a machine that is many times more powerful, has lousy brakes and tips over easily?

Ignorance.
